Salmon and Avocado Wraps Recipe

Fresh, healthy, quick meal.

Supreme Salmon Portions Skinless and Boneless

Ingredients (makes 2):

Salmon 

Olive oil

1 Avocado

1 tsp Parsley

½ cup Greek Yoghurt

2 tbsp Mayo

10 Cherry Tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in tin foil, sprinkle over seasoning.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, while the salmon is roasting. Blend together the avocado, parsley, greek yoghurt and mayo.
  4. Slice the cherry tomato and build your wrap once the salmon has cooled slightly and enjoy.
