Fun dish to make with family and friends

Ingredients (for 6 people):
300g Rice
100 ml rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon golden caster sugar
Avocado
cucumber
6 Seaweed Sheets
Light Soy Sauce
Prawns
METHOD
Place rice in a pan, rinse 5 times with water, mix with your hands until the water runs clean.
Place rice with water on the hob with the lid on and simmer for 10 minutes. Bring to boil for 10 minutes, and return to a simmer for 10 minutes.
Fry up the prawns.
Slice up the avocado and cucumber.
Snip the Nori Sheets with scissors into individual strips.
Plate up and place everything on the table and begin assembling.
